Return/Refund Instructions

Dear customers, this site provides cross-border products, so we do not provide exchange services. Please see the following instructions for return and refund rules!

【How to apply for return】

1. Please note: Except for defects in the product itself, in order to take personal hygiene issues into consideration, no returns or exchanges are allowed after unpacking. Thank you for your understanding.
Please ensure that the product and its accessories are intact, and contact us within 7 days (including holidays) from the date of receipt to exchange the product (the product is considered opened if the outer plastic film has been torn or the plastic bag has been opened)
2. According to the Consumer Protection Act, consumers have the right to a 7-day product appreciation period (the number of days is calculated based on the convenience store pickup or home delivery receipt). The cooling-off period is not a trial period. The products must be brand new and unopened. If the products have been opened, we will not be able to process returns or refunds. No returns will be accepted if the item is received more than 7 days later.
3. Packaging material characteristics: For example, special electroplated products, special shaped packaging cartons, etc. Because the packaging cannot avoid slight collisions during transportation and produce minor defects, please place an order if you do not mind.
4. Color difference problem: Any product, especially products with various color numbers, will have color difference problems because each computer will have some color difference problems. We do not accept exchanges due to color difference problems. It is recommended that you ask the customer service before purchasing to be more objective!
5. The returned merchandise must be in new condition and complete packaging: (Complete is defined as: the original product and gifts are unopened (except for trial products). Packaging, cartons, accessories, paper DM, etc.) and the packaging is complete in order to process a return and refund. If all contents of this order package are not properly packaged and returned intact, you will be required to pay for the shipping fee to make up for the loss.
6. When you exchange a defective product, we will confirm the defect and send you a new product, and we will bear all the shipping costs.
7. Once you have completed the checkout, the coupon will no longer be valid. You cannot get the coupon back even if the return application is established. Please understand.
8. When you submit a return application, you agree to our return policy and accept our handling of the invoice cancellation and related follow-up matters.
9. If you insist on returning or exchanging the goods, the goods must be packed intact and the round-trip shipping costs are borne by the buyer!

【Situations where returns cannot be processed】
1. If the 7-day cooling-off period has expired, no returns will be processed.
2. If any of the items in the order you wish to return have been opened and are missing, you will not be able to return them. (Complete definition: the original product and gifts are unopened, the outer plastic film is not torn. Packaging, cartons, accessories, paper DM, etc.)
3. If the returned goods are different from the order, your return rights will be affected if all the goods (including gifts) of this order are not sent back and properly packaged.

【Refund Instructions】
1. If you paid by credit card, once the returned goods are received and the staff confirms that the quantity of the goods is correct, the refund will be processed online. The actual date of refund will vary depending on the card issuing bank. Please contact the card issuing bank to confirm the actual date of refund.
2. If you use other payment methods, you must provide the correct remittance account number to facilitate the refund procedure.
3. Once we confirm that your payment meets our refund criteria and your information is correct, we will refund the money to your account within 14 days.

【Situations where refund cannot be processed】
1. In order to make the refund go smoothly, please be sure to leave the correct remittance information at the time of payment. If the remittance account is filled in incorrectly, the refund will not be processed.
2. When the customer service receives the returned merchandise, they will first check the new condition of the merchandise and whether the packaging is complete. If there is no abnormality after the inspection, they will notify the refund details and handle the refund matters via SMS.
