Shipping Instructions

Once your credit card information is verified, the transaction will be completed. If you choose to remit, please inform the last five digits of the remittance account number and the delivery will be carried out directly after confirmation.

We will deliver the goods to your designated address within 7-21 working days (excluding weekends and national holidays) after the payment is completed.

In order to protect the integrity of the goods, we will properly package the goods you ordered. Please unpack and check immediately after receiving the goods to confirm that the packaging of the goods is complete.

Delivery area <br>Taiwan main island and outlying islands. If there are uncontrollable factors such as weather, sea conditions, ship suspension during festivals and annual ship maintenance in outlying islands, the arrival time will be delayed. Please forgive us!

Delivery method <br>Official website orders will be delivered to your designated address by local air transportation from Japan and Hsinchu logistics. We will notify the package tracking number by email when the shipment is shipped for easy tracking.

Shipping fee calculation <br>Home delivery fee is waived for single order amount in Taiwan exceeding NT$2,500; if the single order amount is less than NT$2,500, a shipping fee of NT$100 will be charged.
