This is a Yamada Nishiki sake with a roughness of 35%, brewed with the craftsmanship of the Nanbu master and first-class sake brewing craftsmen. We collect the Shizuku sake that drips naturally from the reed bags into bucket bottles and store them at low temperatures. This highest quality Daiginjo sake is bottled directly for entry into various judging competitions.
It has an elegant and rich aroma, a soft body and a delicate taste. It is recommended to drink it after refrigeration.
