Japanese Kokurayama Sagano ware

The business of Kokura Sanso started from a small shop in Nagaokakyo, Kyoto, and everything started with this one product. We just want to bring truly delicious pancakes to our customers. With this idea in mind, we created this pancake. The raw ground food is seasoned with a secret sweet soy sauce and sprinkled with nori in the shape of "Saga Sanso colored paper", which symbolizes the prototype of "Ogura Hyakunin Isshu".
