Japanese Gold Salt

This is an authentic Japanese soup base made with 6 carefully selected domestic ingredients (kelp, bonito flakes, mackerel flakes, grilled bonito, mullet boiled flakes, and shiitake mushrooms). We have reduced the salt content of our regular Golden Soup Base by 50%. Because the seasoning is just right, it tastes delicious even without adding other seasonings. In addition, it can be applied to various ingredients. Dishes such as miso soup, clear soup, hot pot and stew are especially recommended.
